Fix Now Automations
AI assistant for PH SMEs
Week 1–2 MVP is replies + booking intake. Inventory updates, reporting, and live Messenger / WhatsApp sending come after we see your real messages.
The gap
Chats come in. The owner is still at the counter.
Philippine SMEs already use Messenger and Instagram. The gap is not “more AI.” It is a first reply, a booking slot, and a confirmation the customer can trust — without hiring a night-shift admin.
This week
- · Saved replies for hours, prices, and location
- · Booking intake + SMS/email confirmation template
- · A beginner dashboard you can tap on a phone
Later
- · Weekly reporting email
- · Inventory low-stock alerts
- · Live WhatsApp / Meta sending (connect later)
Five modules
What we automate
Replies and booking first. Reporting, inventory, and captions after you have real traffic.
Week 1–2
Automated replies
Answer Messenger, Instagram DM, and WhatsApp after hours.
Week 1–2
Automated booking
Take a slot, then send SMS or email confirmation.
Later
Automated reporting
Weekly snapshot of chats, bookings, and no-shows.
Later
Automated inventory updates
Low-stock alerts for the items you already track.
Later
Automated social content
Taglish captions you can post, not a fake “AI agency.”
Industry kits
Pick the shop you already run
Same five automations, different first replies. Examples from Quezon City, Cubao, Marikina, Fairview, and Pasig.
Café Kit
Quezon City café on Maginhawa
Hours, table or pickup booking, and a short menu FAQ so chats do not pile up during rush.
Salon Kit
Cubao salon with two stylists
Stop double-booking. Take the service, preferred time, and send a confirmation the client can show.
Clinic Kit
Neighborhood clinic in Marikina
Triage common questions (hours, walk-in vs appointment) and collect a booking request — not a medical chatbot.
Retail Kit
Fairview neighborhood store
Answer “available pa ba?” with a short stock line you update, then take a reserve or pickup request.
Online Seller Kit
Pasig home-based seller
FAQs for payment, shipping, and size — plus a caption starter so posting is not a nightly blank page.
Pricing
One-time setup, then optional monthly
Not a ₱50 pack and not resume pricing. You pay for install and, if you want, a light monthly assist.
one-time
Starter setup
₱10,000
One channel, one kit, and a reply + booking intake that a first-time owner can run.
Start with Starterone-time
Growth setup
₱18,000
Two channels plus booking calendar rules. Still Week 1–2 scope: replies and intake first.
Choose Growthone-time
Scale setup
₱30,000
All five kits mapped, plus a plan for reporting and inventory in weeks 3–4 — not on day 1.
Book ScaleMonthly assist
₱1,500–₱3,000 per month
Light monitoring, reply tweaks, and a weekly check-in. Starts after setup. Not a 24/7 call center.
Social caption add-on
₱500 per post
One Taglish caption + image brief for Facebook or Instagram. Optional after setup.
Owner pitch
Owner pitch — 90 seconds
If a QC café can answer “open pa ba?” at 8pm and a Cubao salon can stop double-booking, that is a good first month.

Questions
Straight answers
- Is this AI Starter Hub or Fix Now Help resume pricing?
- No. This is a separate product. Hub sells beginner training packs. Fix Now Help has its own resume/service prices. Automations is setup + monthly assist for shop operations.
- Will you send WhatsApp or Messenger messages on day 1?
- Not in the Week 1–2 MVP. You get reply rules, sample copy, and an intake form. Live channel sending is a “connect later” step after Meta / WhatsApp access is ready.
- What do I pay first?
- A one-time setup: ₱10,000, ₱18,000, or ₱30,000. Monthly assist (₱1,500–₱3,000) is optional after you are live. Caption add-on is ₱500 per post.
- How do I pay?
- Sign in with Gmail on Account, scan GCash, BPI, or BDO QR for the setup fee, then tap I’ve paid. We verify the transfer by hand and email you.
- Do I need a developer?
- No. The first weeks are rules + intake you can edit. If you already have a Facebook Page or WhatsApp Business number, we use that later.
- What if I only want captions?
- You can add ₱500/post after a setup, or start with Growth (includes a 10-post starter pack). We do not auto-publish in week 1.
