FNFix Now Automations

Week 1–2

Automated replies

One auto-reply per new chat. FAQ chips suggest a first line. Later messages wait for the owner.

A Quezon City café owner still cooking at 8pm cannot reply to “Meron pa ba kayong table?” — the customer books elsewhere.

What you get

  • · Away / instant reply for the first message in a new chat
  • · FAQ suggestion chips (hours, leftovers, table, pickup) the customer can tap as a first message
  • · Handoff copy for later messages in the same thread — typed or chip, those wait for the owner

Sample rule

New conversation, first message (typed or chip) → send hours + pickup window. Later messages wait for the owner — chips do not add a second auto-reply.

Sample reply

Hi! Fix Now Café Demo is open 7am–9pm. Pickup until 8:30pm. Today: cold brew ₱120, ensaymada ₱65, ube crinkle ₱55. For a table of 4+, send TABLE + name + how many — we’ll confirm when we open. We don’t lock a table in chat.

Live Messenger / Instagram / WhatsApp sending is not on in this MVP. Booking confirmations are a template you still send or confirm. The demo below follows the native one-auto-reply-per-new-chat limit; we connect your page later.

Sample shop: Fix Now Café Demo (Quezon City (Maginhawa-style sample — not a real café)). Customer on the left, shop inbox on the right. One automatic shop reply per conversation — typed or chip. Nothing is billed.

Included in week 1–2 setup (rules + intake). Live Messenger / WhatsApp sending still connects later. Native auto-reply is one message per new chat — not every follow-up they type or tap.

Left is the customer. Right is the shop inbox. Same chat — one auto-reply per new conversation.

Send a first line on the left. You will see Auto-replied or Needs you here — the same inbox after we connect your page.

On Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp, the week 1 install uses each platform’s native auto-reply. That sends one automatic message for the first customer line in a new conversation — typed or a chip tap. Later messages in the same thread wait for the owner, including further chip taps. Chips are suggestions for the first line. If Meta’s native chips can still fire extra answers after the greeting, that is not claimed in Starter unless we install it. The Try demo does not send a second auto-reply.
